1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kk89 ("kk89", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kk89 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, betting services, casino games, and all associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kk89 platform and, if you have already registered, contact the kk89 support team at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them in accordance with the process described in Section 1.4 below.

1.1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" refers to the kk89 website and all associated services accessible via kk89.bio; "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the kk89 registration process; "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a player's kk89 wallet at any given time; "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by kk89 that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance; "Bet" refers to any wager placed on a sports event, casino game, or any other product available on the kk89 platform.

1.2 Governing Language

The official language of these Terms & Conditions and all kk89 communications is English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Players are encouraged to contact kk89 support if they require clarification on any term or provision.

1.3 Platform Availability

kk89 is an online platform primarily serving players based in Bangladesh. The platform is accessible via modern mobile and desktop web browsers without requiring any software download or installation. kk89 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of temporary unavailability arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond kk89's reasonable control.

1.4 Amendments to These Terms

kk89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially alters the rights or obligations of players — kk89 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered player's email address or via a prominent notification on the platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game categories that do not affect existing rules) may take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access the betting, casino, and payment features of the kk89 platform, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. kk89 strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of kk89 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the kk89 platform or any affiliated platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kk89 account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where kk89 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be suspended. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. kk89 may, at its discretion, also permanently close all accounts associated with that individual.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kk89 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, when a player's account activity triggers a review, or as part of a routine compliance check. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by kk89 may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your kk89 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kk89 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kk89 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kk89 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kk89 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their chosen payment method provider.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kk89 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The kk89 deposit page will always display the current available options at the time of your transaction.

3.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to your kk89 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction.
• Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process, depending on your issuing bank.
• kk89 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to its source.
• kk89 does not accept deposits made from funds obtained through illegal activity. Any deposit kk89 reasonably believes to be connected to criminal proceeds will be reversed and reported as required by applicable law.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 4–10 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard cards may take up to 3 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the issuing bank.
• All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in the player's own name. kk89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification (KYC) if the player has not yet completed this process.
• Only real-money balance (funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements) may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

4. Bonus Policy

kk89 periodically offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotional offers tied to major Bangladesh sporting and cultural events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers on kk89 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be displayed on the offer's individual promotion page before you opt in. Wagering requirements typically range from 10× to 35× the bonus amount, depending on the nature of the offer.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per registered payment account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in the individual offer's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• kk89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend its terms at any time prior to a player opting in to that offer.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period stated in the individual offer's terms. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated period.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Abuse of Bonus Offers

kk89 employs monitoring systems designed to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, structured low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising actual exposure, and coordinated activity between player accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, kk89 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the player's account.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the kk89 sportsbook and to all games played in the kk89 casino, including live dealer games and slots.

5.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time the bet is placed. kk89 does not guarantee that odds will remain constant between the time a player views them and the time the bet is confirmed.
• kk89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Bets placed on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). No liability is accepted for results overturned after initial announcement due to appeals or disciplinary proceedings that occur more than 48 hours after the match's conclusion.
• In-play bets on live matches are accepted at kk89's discretion. kk89 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match without prior notice.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by market, event, and player account tier.

5.2 Casino and Slots Rules

• All casino games available on kk89 — including live dealer tables, video slots, and Megaways titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by the game's respective software studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe).
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are set by the game provider and are stated in each game's information panel.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a casino game session, kk89 will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• kk89 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connection failure during a game session.

6. User Obligations

By using the kk89 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times.

• You will only use the kk89 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, data scraping software, or other technological means to access, navigate, or interact with the kk89 platform outside of normal human browser activity.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the kk89 platform's software, algorithms, or game code.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other form of cheating on the kk89 platform.
• You will not make any defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable communications via the kk89 live chat, support email, or any other communication channel provided by kk89.
• You will notify kk89 promptly if you become aware of any error in your account balance, in the settlement of a bet, or in the crediting of a bonus.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the kk89 platform, including laws relating to online transactions and financial activity.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of profit from any bet or game on the kk89 platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

kk89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where kk89 has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• The player is, or kk89 reasonably suspects the player to be, under 18 years of age.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other form of dishonest conduct on the platform.
• The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• kk89 is required to close the account by law, court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion via the kk89 responsible gaming tools.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request the closure of their kk89 account at any time by contacting kk89 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Where a player requests voluntary closure with a positive real-money balance in their wallet, kk89 will process a withdrawal of that balance to the player's most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real-money balance will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may activate a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a full self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) directly from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. kk89 will honour all self-exclusion requests immediately upon activation. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk89 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the kk89 platform, including but not limited to the following.

• Direct losses: Losses of real-money funds resulting from bets placed or games played on the kk89 platform are an inherent and accepted risk of gambling activity. kk89 is not liable for such losses beyond the obligation to settle bets in accordance with these Terms.
• Indirect or consequential losses: kk89 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress — arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures: kk89 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, hardware failures, software bugs, or other technical issues outside kk89's direct control, provided that kk89 has made reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability.
• Third-party content: The games available on the kk89 platform are provided by third-party software studios. kk89 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect RTP behaviour in games provided by third parties, beyond the obligation to investigate and resolve complaints raised by players in accordance with kk89's support processes.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit kk89's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
